At Strong Bonds Community Care (SBCC), we believe no one should face a crisis alone. If you or someone you know is experiencing emotional distress, a mental health emergency, a substance use crisis, or thoughts of suicide, immediate help is available.

The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline provides free, confidential support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Compassionate, trained crisis counselors are available to listen, offer support, and connect individuals with appropriate resources.

Whether you are seeking help for yourself or are concerned about a loved one, support is only a call, text, or chat away.

Remember: Reaching out for help is a sign of strength. You do not have to face life’s challenges alone.

Why We Serve

Strong Bonds Community Care was established with a simple but meaningful purpose: to help strengthen individuals, families, and the community through support and connection. Many people face hardships without knowing where to turn for help. SBCC exists to provide hope, resources, and encouragement while helping people feel seen, valued, and supported.

Our organization understands the importance of service, leadership, resilience, and community care. Through outreach programs and partnerships, we aim to continue creating opportunities that improve lives and strengthen the bonds that hold communities together.

Together, we can make a lasting difference.
